Didn't notice a post on this yet, so what do the fellow sixers have for exhaust and if you could post a sound clip that would be awsome. I'm still on the fence with JBA's or MAC's (going dual of course), but until I can get the cash together I think I'm going to just throw the GT takeoff on for the time being. If SLP would put out a V6 version for it's exhaust I would have it in a heartbeat, but they don't return my e-mails. Oh well lets hear those exhausts

JBA H-pipe, factory GT mid-pipes and JBA Evol GT muffs.
Sorry no sound clip yet but they sound really good! Especially at WOT! Slight drone at 2500 rpm under medium throttle. |

I have the GT take offs and it has a deep throaty sound. I can't wait to put both on. I think it has more of a V8 sound then the others I have listen to. They all sound good but the GT take off has a deeper sound. If don't go with the GT mufflers go with Martymoose's Ford Racing They sound similiar in my opinion.

Thanks for all the ideas guys.
Jay --- What are you doing to get the second GT muffler to hook-up? A custom pipe by an exhaust shop, or is their an aftermarket pipe you can buy and just bolt on? Wade --- Something struck me as odd when I was looking at the FR exhaust. Then it hit me, the ones they have for sale on the V6mustangstuff.com website are backwards lol.  |
